With the days getting warmer, Spring in full effect and Easter just around the corner.. What better time to try our delicious Lamb & Mint Pasty?

Tender pieces of lamb that have been marinated in a sweet mint glaze, coupled with a vegetable medley of potato, swede and onion. This filling is then married together with just the slightest hint of rosemary & black pepper. And of course, a few other little secret ingredients to tempt your tastebuds!

With a recently improved recipe to really bring out the delicious flavours in this pasty, this is one of our favourite speciality pasties. Have you given it a try?
