Our History
Cornish Premier Pasties Ltd. first became operational in its current form in 2007. The company was established by a group of passionate butcher/bakery professionals with a desire to create a butcher’s pasty that would become a firm Cornish family favourite. The focus on product quality and customer service has proved an unbeatable combination and the company now serves customers throughout the UK.
Our lovely staff can now produce over 30,000 pasties and 25,000 sausage rolls and slices every day.
Our founding directors decided to take a well-earned retirement at the end of 2020 and the business was acquired by Prima Bakeries Ltd. The two companies had long worked together and shared a mutual passion for making great products. Run as separate legal entities, the two businesses work together to maximise the product range and service we can provide to our respective customers.

We are a purely Savoury/Cornish Pasty based Bakery producing multi award-winning products, not available in supermarkets. Established in 2007, we have placed more times at the World Pasty Championships than any other manufacturer.
We have a modern 10,000 sq ft factory based at St Columb near the A30. We currently work a single shift system capable of producing 30,000 Pasties and 25,00 Sausage Rolls/Slices per day.
CPP are SALSA accredited with in-house quality management and compliance team. Natasha’s Law information is readily available. We are signed up to Erudus.
